Purchase a space for our Annual Mile Long Tag & Craft Sale on the Boardwalk, Saturday May 13th from 9 to 3 (rain date Saturday May 20th). Deadline for registration and payment is Wednesday May 10th.
Spaces available for purchase are 10' x 10'. Vendors should bring their own tables or surfaces to display items or products.
Space set up as early as 7:00 a.m. No sales before 9:00 a.m. Vendors are requested to remain until 3:00 p.m. to minimize vehicular traffic in and around the event area and insure the safety of our guests. Vendors shall remove all items brought to their area space at the end of the event.
PLEASE NOTE: The vendor is prohibited from bringing and offering for sale any item as outlined in the below Hazardous Materials and Material Restrictions, and any firearms, weapons, drugs, tobacco, pornographic or lewd materials, animals, hazardous materials, alcohol, expired or recalled items, and any other items prohibited for sale or resale within the State of Connecticut or any other items determined to be inappropriate by SOB Staff. All merchandise is subject to inspection by SOB staff and determination on it’s appropriateness. SOB staff shall have the right to require removal of any items determined to be inappropriate

Vendor, by purchase of this space, agrees to hold Save Ocean Beach, Ocean Beach Park, The City of New London, Centerplate Corp. its volunteers, employees, sponsors harmless of any and all liability including but not limited to liability for any products, merchandise given, sold, or obtained during the event. The Vendor will assume all liabilities, encumbrances, liens that may result from their or their representative's actions and any other actions or failure to act.
Vendor, by purchase of this space, further agrees and signifies that they understand and agree to abide by all requirements, terms and conditions listed herein.
